What’s in my Bag

  • My Bag: Targus Backpack
I trust the Targus brands, and this is what I currently use, especially if have to travel or work in different locations. I love that it’s water resistant, holds my Hydro Flask, and a padded compartment for laptops.
  • My Laptop: Macbook Pro (M1, 16-inch)
This is an essential and versatile laptop that I highly recommend to anyone, I love the sleek design, simplicity, the fast-processor, and I use this extensively for editing all of my videos or images.
  • My Headset: Plantronics Blackwire 3220 Series
This is the most budget friendly headset that I found, which I’ve been using for more than 2 years, for leading all of my Microsoft Teams meetings at work. As a Project Manager, this is the BEST investment I made since it’s extremely durable, and works extremely well if you work from home. Highly recommend if you’re on a budget. These come in USB A and USB C, so make sure you choose the correct version that best suits your needs.
  • My Hard Drive: LaCie 5TB External Hard Drive
Extremely well worth the investment, especially if you have a lot of files to store. They are padded, giving extra protection if they’re accidentally dropped or if you’re travelling and on-the-go

What’s on my Minimalist Desk

  • My Monitor: HP 27 inch FDH 1080 LED
Very solid and budget friendly monitor which works amazingly well as a second screen.
  • My Speakers: Logitech Z207 2.0
These speakers are great for the price, I love that these are also Bluetooth wireless, so you can easily connect this to your smartphone or computer.
  • My Webcam: Logitech C920X
This is a MUST-HAVE, especially if you lead face-to-face virtual, remote meetings at work. I’ve had this for more than 2 years, and I recommend this to anyone who needs a good quality on their webcam, for work meetings.

My Youtube Equipment

  • My Microphone: Blue Yeti USB Mic
This microphone is extremely affordable, compared to other high-end microphones. The mic does an amazing job at ignoring other external sounds, and still produces a good sound quality. I really like that you can set the volume and gain, and you’re automatically ready to hit record. This connects using a USB to your laptop/computer, and that’s all you need.
  • My Camera: Canon EOS M50 Mark II
Extremely well worth it, if you’re on a budget, and can’t afford the higher end cameras which cost thousands of dollars. This is my first camera, and couldn’t recommend it enough, especially if you’re recording videos.
  • My Camera Tripod: Manfrotto Tripod Kit
Extremely easy to use, lightweight, and holds the camera very well with a quick release plate. Super lightweight and very sturdy, coming in a small footprint. Have had no issues with using this for more than a year, and highly recommend!

My Top Recommendations for Project Managers

  • Audio Books: Audible
If you have a long commute time to work like me, one of the fastest ways you can learn more is by listening to audiobooks. If there’s a specific leadership, personal development, or finance book, Audible makes it extremely easy for you to listen to the audiobook at 1.5x or 2x speed. Highly recommend! I will continue updating this page with other Resources I personally recommend to help you in you career as a Project Manager.
